Top Gunn Disability Support Services was founded in Albury with a deeply personal understanding of what genuine support means.
Brothers Andrew and James Gunn grew up with their sister, Jody, who had Down syndrome. From an early age, both Andrew and James were involved in helping care for Jody while their parents worked full-time. That experience shaped their understanding of disability, family, responsibility, dignity and the importance of having the right people around you.
Jody’s life had a lasting impact on both of them. She was the reason Andrew and James were first drawn to disability support work, and her influence continues to sit at the heart of Top Gunn Disability Support Services today.
We believe people living with disability deserve more than a service provider. They deserve genuine relationships, respect, consistency and support from people who truly care.
As a locally owned and operated NDIS provider, we are proud to support individuals and families throughout Albury and the surrounding region. Our focus is on delivering personalised support that helps participants build independence, achieve their goals, and enjoy greater choice and control in their everyday lives.
What sets Top Gunn Disability Support Services apart is our combination of lived experience, professional knowledge, and genuine care. We understand that every participant’s journey is different, which is why we take the time to listen, build trust, and tailor support around each person’s goals, needs and preferences.
Our team supports people with a range of needs, including psychosocial disability, mental health challenges, behaviours of concern, daily living tasks, community access, social participation, skill development and building independence.
We focus on meaningful relationships, consistency and practical support that helps participants feel heard, valued and confident in their everyday lives. Whether you need support at home, assistance building independence, or help getting more involved in the community, we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Every person is different. That’s why we offer flexible NDIS-funded supports that can be tailored to your goals, your lifestyle and your plan.
